What is an MSD?

Is it possible to open several disputes on the same transport file?
No. Only one dispute can be opened per transport file, to ensure clear, structured follow-up.
Is dispute management also available in ShiptiDock?
In ShiptiDock, it is not possible to manage transport disputes as such, but you can report and track incidents linked to your dock appointments.
For example: carrier delays, no-shows, access problems or dock errors. These incidents enable you to document and share information with the right people to quickly resolve operational problems.
