One “Essential” of Pernod Ricard strategic model is “Operational Excellence”. This global initiative pushes all Pernod Ricard affiliates to review and make their Supply Chain evolve to develop best practises and reduce the gap with the “best in class” in the sector. PR MENA is actively taking part of this change by redefining its global S&OP process.
In this context, the Supply Planner has a major role to play by ensuring the demand plan can be delivered with the best service level. He/she carries the responsibility to anticipate and maintain the right inventory levels by working with cross functional teams.
In parallel, he/she is encouraged to come up with innovative ideas to develop MENA Supply Chain (processes, tools, ways of working) towards the objective of effectiveness.
