To ensure our development, we are looking for a :


Within the Operations & Supply Chain direction, you will be in charge of designing processes, tools and capabilities to provide our customers the best delivery experience at lower cost. You will lead a team of 10 BPOs and Project Leaders

As part of this created position, your main duties will be to :

Manage a team of experts, support and empower them to meet the objectives

Contribute to Group Supply Chain Strategy definition and guarantee its permanent alignment with Group business strategy in the areas of Planning, Logistics & Transport, Customer Logistics Offers

Deploy Group Supply Chain Strategy through transverse supply chain projects lead (SC roadmap, support to local initiatives)

Deliver innovative breakthroughs to the SC organization by leading proof of concept projects with operational staff and anticipate new technologies and methods and their associated skills

Design standards practices and tools that drive transparency and efficiency to improve customers satisfaction and total cost to serve. Support implementation of standards by providing training/documentation and audit

Manage users’ community to raise skills and competencies and share best practices


You have 10+ years’ experience in supply chain functional management and have developed a thorough understanding of supply/demand planning, logistics network optimization, inbound/outbound transportation…

Leading and implementing lasting supply chain transformation projects is one of your major assets.

You are able to think strategically and outside the box to implement and drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Moreover, you strive for Customer and Operational Excellence, and lead the team toward this objective.

You must be able to demonstrate proven leadership abilities along with strong interpersonal and managerial skills to support your team of experts. You know how to define clear roles, responsibilities, performance requirements and targets for each of them, and empower them to play their role at the right level of the organization. You value teamwork and cooperation, communication and transparency.

Very good command of English. Few business trips.

French is mandatory.

ERP system use experience : SAP is a must.

Experience in use and/or deployment of APS/TMS/WMS is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
